My account was suspended yesterday for allegedly violating the part of the TOS headed 'Ownership/Selling of the Account or Virtual Items' on a previous server. Pardon me for not having read the TOS from top to bottom, but let's face it, does anyone really do that? Selling of historic heroes in Age 2 is almost as common as botting is in Age 1, and I was not aware that it wasn't permitted.
I apparently made an error on some earlier server. 'Punishment' should have been dealt at that time, not months later. I would not object to the suspension if I hadn't just spent money on my new server. It would just be a sign for me that after almost two years of playing Evony, it's time to move on.
However, since Evony has accepted my money but is not willing to provide a service/product in return for that money, I assume I'll be receiving a refund for the monies still in my account...correct? (Don't worry, I won't be holding my breath.)
It's no use saying I can resume playing in 7 days time. So much happens in Evonyland in the space of a week. I'll be way behind in my research, my building, troop counts and hero levels and I have no interest in trying to play catch up.
