    Exactly, when a person admits to buying and selling items in a public forum with an Evony rep on the exact same page, you really leave us with no options. As a note normally we do not discuss suspensions or terminations on the forums, but in this case the account owner publicly outed the issue, so in this case a public response was in order.

    Haha I got a nice 7 day ban over this "eric" thing, apparently items were exchanged in game as per email, this wasnt the case, we had contests ie who could cap more cities etc etc to make game a little more fun..

    I dont think its against the terms ( I may be wrong ) but not writing to complain or discuss it at all actually !!!

    I would like to say thanks for saving me some $$ as I was going to holiday for the long weekend I get 2 extra days to recover from this hell bound drunk I plan on having !!

    But cottage, four-wheeling , rye and fire go well with this ban !!!

    LOL...I wondered if my ban was caused by the 'Eric' thing too. Seemed such a coincidence. Anyway, I'm over it now.

    My acc has been suspended too, yet i have not recieved any notifications as to why it has been done, seems they are really messing up at the moment

    Being temporarily holidaye'd is not the end of the world for me, but i would seriously like for an admin or representative to tell me why, seeing as evony won't send me an email of respond to my request tickets

    You know that an email is sent to the registered email address of an account when it is suspended explaining the exact reason for the suspension. Please check your email account or submit a cs ticket.

    As appearently here you get responds; What does one do if you have a ticket send in since december about a certain matter,
    and it's now may, and you are still waiting on a outcome?
    And someone has send a pm to Dawn about the matter like a month ago and still nothing?


    Some advice or anything else than the CS's "we are looking into this" would be nice after 5 months.

    I have been denied since yesterday morning, over 24 hours ago now, and have checked my e-mail 5times and yet no mail, and i submitted a request ticket thing at the "Contact us" area yesterday and have still not had a response to that either,So if someone knows something i don't please tell me, because i'd love to hear the reason why i've been kicked out of the game
