Its supposed to clear out your nasal passages very well. It prevents sinus infections and helps with allergies. I just got one the other day. To be honest, I could breathe a lot better. Do you use one?

I could never get it to work. It just stung like when water goes up your nose.. Normally, and nothing ever came out of my other nostril. I disapprove.
