omg, these 2 reports are massive fails on the part of the attacker, badly badly layered/overlayered/wrong troops.
But on the up side... nice defense, especially to livelyshively (the second report)
Recommendation for those checking for how to defend these, the first report, more ballista and at least SOME pults, without layers, would have resulted in little or no loss.
Defending this, under ideal circumstances obviously, as opposed to possibly numerous preceeding hits....
Increase ballista to 30K and pults to 8K, leave 1 archer, remove all else (or as much as possible given the lack of ability to collapse RI'd troops in a valley into a single wave, refer another thread).
Given the 15K scouts in the hit, you may want to leave scouts in the city as a SB shield, since the attacking scouts will wait until all other attacking troops die, then act as a SB.
Additionally, even 1 AT would help, but as I allowed, that's under ideal circumstances.
