Since you ignored my other comments, I thought I'd illuminate you on what happened on server 149 today, in the hopes that you won't ignore these comments too...
I sent an attack at a flat that was only going to take 2 minutes and 36 seconds. The person holding the flat released it, then I sent the attack. I would guess the whole overhead involved might've been 24 seconds, so 3 minutes total time from abandon to attack landing...
In those 3 minutes, someone from a hostile alliance was able to create a noob flat-filler account, have it occupy that space, cause my attack to bounce with a "Situation changed at target location" message, have their random port ready, restart game on the flat-filler, and port right in on top of me. I was able to talk them into moving again, but not until I had truced and explained my situation to them and how I was not a threat at all.
So, a little later on, someone from a sister alliance ported away to "get closer to their main". They advised me they were getting ready to do it, so I got my attack ready and it was going to take about 7 minutes. Well, with not but about 5 seconds remaining (I had checked at the 10 second point and it was still open), another hostile ported into that spot. I couldn't recall the attack, so I lost a hero. The person did whisper me and ask if that was "an accident" attack, and I explained that they arrived mere seconds before it was due to land. They said they did see that. They too were nice and moved...
Second attempt on that new flat. 6 minutes and 30some second attack this time. Someone from the same alliance that had just moved out ported right back in after about 2 minutes. They're staying. Claim they don't have ports. Much larger than me, and have kinda said that my situation sounds like "a sad story", so that indicates to me that they're going to wipe me out tomorrow when my truce wears off. I already abandoned my weaker city so that I'm down to 1 city and can keep it, but I'll probably be cleaned out.
The map is so jammed full because of the flat-fillers. I don't engage in that kind of behavior, but it just goes on and on and on because your company won't do something about it other than wipe out NPCs, which gives those same people the opportunity to do more of the same. All the while, those of us who play by the rules have to pay the price for your company's inaction...
