    Today in ss60 we had the awesome chance to talk to davemata in WC. Honestly the best move ive ever seen them make in regards to customer service. Just wanted to say way to go! The issues still suck, but now we dont feel so alone. Thanks EV team.

    Very much a step up, HOWEVER, as I heard about it after it was midway or mostly over, it would be NICE if changes and events like him in chat were announced.

    Im grateful to members of my alliance who copied portions down to relay on.

    is it humanly possible for eveny not to screw something up? I mean cmon, one long maintenance followed by this.

    MAINTENANCE: Evony Server ss60 will be taken offline for daily security maintenance on 03:11:47 CDT Mar 30 2011, which is due in 0 minutes 4 seconds . In most circumstance, daily maintenance will last for 15 minutes. During the maintenance period, players will be unable to login to the game and play. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    And here we are, 1hr later. Server still not up and not so much as a peep from the reps letting up know what happened.

    and don't forget this was the second maintenance today, it went offline at 2:30 server time already

    I snuck on there and watched world chat awhile. He had dozens of people nonstop asking questions or lodging complaints, and he answered every single one of them for the ~30 mins I was on... and he'd already been at it for hours by then. The man can type and read fast, lol.

    i envy that too...try ss50 30+ days ago,w/o help..w/o support,..with large amount of npc removed & not able to barb it,no 48 hours compensation,take 1 hour to send 8 lv5 farm out. lv10 farming team comes home 1 hour later than usual,have hills & flats attacking a player..& got scout report or attack report that cannot be read by human eyes.

    No evony rep even appears when all that happen in SS50,not even in forum.

    What can we do then?

    I try 1st to pay evony,cos i tht they dont have the income to run ss50 properly,but i guess it didnt work out.

    My apologise to complain in this thread,since the ss50 thread i started receive no response from evony for close to a month.

    We're still working on improving server performance. That means we have to restart the server or take it offline briefly to install updates and/or optimizations. Sorry about any inconvenience.
