    Default Folding@home evony team

    I propose we should create a folding@home team. All evony members are welcome invite your friends and so forth.

    If you are interested let me know if we get enough people we can create a team.

    Computers with a lot of uptime would be required...

    I used to do that with SETI.

    SETI had a screensaver you could download. They would send you information packets from their scanning the sky for signals. Your computer would analyze the packets for patterns and send SETI the results. By utilizing the processing power of tens of thousands of small-scale home PC's they lightened the workload of their own supercomputers. It was also neat to watch the radio signal static of space on my screen.

    The best part was, since it was a screensaver app, it never encumbered the computer when you were using it.

    this is also for a good cause it is helping there super computers do research on many disease's such as Alzheimer's, ALS, Huntington's, Parkinson's disease, and many Cancers.
