    But no seriously

    i'm female,
    age 21
    I'm part of the gym Anytime Fitness and workout about 6 days a week, both cardio and light weights (to get lean, not big and bulky)

    they have an AnytimeHealth site (which you can look up if you wish just google it)

    but on there they have all sorts of facts about nutrition, support groups to help you get to your goals, and a Q&A if you're looking for specific things.

    For the gym i like to mix it up for routines - going between the elliptical, treadmill, bikes, and stair stepper for cardio -- making sure to pay attention to intervals...
    For weights, I keep the weight light but just do more reps. I usually go between the machines i like and using free weights to keep changing things up.

    You never want to get into a set routine, or have your body get used to a pattern, otherwise you'll hit a barrier either with losing weight or gaining muscle (depending on what your goals are).

    Keep things fun and interesting, work out with a friend or make a mix of your favorite music to bring with you.

    *Right now for what i'm eating
    -diet consisting of High Protein, High Fiber, Low Carbohydrates
    (low carbs being about 130 grams, not 20 grams - that atkins stuff doesn't really get long lasting results)
    -get about 1200 calories per day (with working out)
    -drink only water or milk

    I don't do protein shakes but i do take two vitamins a day to help with nutrition.

    I'm a work in progress as for becoming a proverbial beast but i'll get there some day.

    For right now the work outs make me feel better when i spend about 1 to 2 hours working out and hours on evony lol. Not to mention trying to have a life at times. It's a juggling act

    Anyways, this is a constructive post to make up for that spammy one earlier.

    Height: 5' 6.5"
    Weight: 115-120 (not sure exactly, my scale is packed away in a box somewhere, but i think that's pretty accurate
    Gender: Female
    Age: Sorry, not telling

    I play soccer 9 months of the year, and I also play rugby and scoll soccer in the spring, basketball in the winter and volleyball in the fall. I don't follow any diet or exercise regime, but I have practices like 6 days a week, sometimes 7, so I'm busy.

    I'm not aiming to be beasty, more to be lean and quick. I don't even need to be that big for rugby, as the position I play requires me to be fast, not jacked.
