    What a shame there is so much spam in this thread. War, I didn't click on your images, but I'm guessing they are muscle pics, and as a 16 year old, you shouldn't be so quick to put that stuff out there on the internet. I can't remove the links in this part of the forum but I am going to ask another mod to take them out. Remember - the internet is actually public, not private, and actually permanent, not temporary. Be secure, please!

    That said, I have started going to the gym recently. I go 6 days a week - 3 days cardio and 3 days weights. I'd never been to the gym before and never done any sports, so I am starting from scratch. After about 7/8 weeks I have lost around 15lbs. I drink this protein shake brand 2 times a day:



    I've tried vanilla, chocolate caramel, and cookies and cream flavors. Chocolate caramel is by far the best. I drink them with water because I am hardcore and because I am trying to slim down.

    I am definitely still in the very early stages of this journey, but everyone at the gym is super nice and supportive and I feel so much healthier now. I really was tubby when I started going, and now my gut is smaller, and I actually have grown some biceps, triceps, and pecs! Absolutely nothing to brag about at all, but exciting nonetheless to someone who never had anything like that before. Now the race is on to get as much muscle as I can before I plateau

    On cardio days I "run" about 4 miles and burn about 700 calories in 40 minutes. I need to do more and do better, but it's all a learning curve. I like the elliptical best, and I dislike the stairmaster.

    On weight days I run around the gym trying to do my supersets and fight other people for machines. I've started going to the gym later so that it's less busy and I can do complete sets in peace. Right now my two favorite machines are the abdominal crunch machine and the biceps machine. I need to man up and do squats though. Everyone says that squats help you make gains, but they freak me out for some reason.

    i can be serious but i doubt explaining that moving rocks, digging ditches and chasing my kids is a workout for me.

    What do you expect from a thread about body building and working out on evony boleslav? The most active thing evony addicts do (Which is most of the forums) is get up and walk to the kitchen to grab a bag of doritos.
