Using intel to increase plunder carried by army

Yet another suggestion for the use of the Intel hero Increase resource transportation load
This is a topic that has been discussed many times on these forums but here it is yet again, finding an aspect of evony which promotes levelling up a pure Intel hero. So far two uses have been discovered for Intel heroes, which is speeding up research levels, and also giving certain troops more life at
certain Intel levels.
However, the normal player is done his research by the time that his hero gets big enough to make a major impact on his researching times. The troop life bonus is good, but only really helps if the hero has a high attack level to go along with the Intel level. Additionally, having an Intel higher than 163 is inefficient in terms if levelling a hero in Intel points rather than attack points.
My suggestion is for the Intel hero to influence the amount of resource that can be carried by troops. While many may strongly disagree with this, and say that it will never happen let me make my case.
Right now the equation for determining how many resources can be carried by troops is:
(TL-F) where TL is affected by logistics, unit type and unit number, and where F is determined by unit type, number and distance.
I was thinking to add in a third parameter into TL which would allow hero Intel to influence the amount of resources which can be carried/plundered in a raid. I realize that it is unfair to those that have a huge hero that they train on npc to be affected by this change. So I was thinking to implement a minimum value of 20 intel where any lower value then 20 does not affect the amount of res carried by an army. This is a reasonably low hero level which can be easily increased without causing massive grief.
This use for the Intel hero will not have a drastic change in game-play but it will give older players something else to strive for and experiment with. This adjustment of the load bearing equation will mean that these heros can be used on porter waves, where the defender is hiding behind closed gates, rewording the attacker for the defenders annoying habits. This will also help move plundered resources back to cities from adv capped 10?s, will make it easier to plunder from longer distances, and will also help moving res to alliance members.
How will this help evony? It should increase holy water/Art of War sales. I have always believed that we have not figured out everything that there is too know about the complete use of the Intel hero, but I feel that implementing this into the game would do more good then harm. I don?t know if this is a completely idiotic suggestion, but please keep responses, if any, clean as I am currently on a 2 thread closed streak and have a mod stalking me. I have exams all next week so my responses will not be as prompt as normal but I will make an effort to check in when possible.
All suggestions are welcome, if this is positivly recived I will be happy to do some more work on this as I do think it is a good idea, but I have a history of being in the minority on these forums
