Ok, we have two issues going on here - first off the amulets. Responsibility for that is squarely on me.
I'm going to look at the amulet distribution. I do remember that there was a large quantity of respondents that gave us emails that weren't in any way connected to an existing account's primary or secondary emails.
Regarding the Easter Promo items... first off, please try as a first step deleting your flash temp files at:

I'm going to look at some issues on our side. We have record of all purchases, so you will get your purchase, that's a guarantee.

Just a quick update, I've been talking to our dev team, and we're doing a full check to make sure there weren't any failures in the roll out of the promo, and like I already mentioned, even if there is, we have your purchase info and we'll make sure everything is made right asap.

Hey dawn i'm having the same problem, plus i didn't get my key to my chest for order QMEC3NA439CGCTSR. I've reset temp files, closed, logged back in, rebooted laptop, still nothing mate.

ps i did get the coins, just not the key, and no one got easter eggs, nor did i get eggs earlier when alliance mates bought chests
ps part 2, i deleted my flash temp files, my browser temp files, and still nothing. I'll hold off buying the other chests till this is resolved
