    I love how ur support team take credit for things... they gave me 1 step and i had to figure out the rest... then after i tell ur guys what my steps were to fix it ur guys reply back to me saying that is how to fix most issues as if they told me in the first place... please learn more about the platform u are using... it may help u to help others...
