Hi, most of ya dont know me. I lurk alot and post now and then (if not to stop double from burning the bar down...again : P) But i ask a favour of you guys.

Basically where i work i have it pretty good. I'm part time but my manager gives me enough hours that i could be fulltime. He helps me when im confused and kinda knows how to deal with my asperguas (cant spell it) But back to the point.

He's been good to me but the pays not great, nowhere near. Now i dont want to sound up myself here but here's the god's honest truth. Ive been offerd a job by a few companies becuase of the way i treat customers, i just treat them like people instead of money :P but heres the thing, they all pay alot better than my current job, and have more options to branch out. But after all my managers done for me i dont want to betray him as it were. So yeah any advice on said situation would be helpfull
