Your offer of higher pay and more opportunity to branch out will likely have a price. It is hard to come by something for nothing nowadays.

If you are willing and able to step out of the comfort zone you have now. (bird in hand) Then go for it and enjoy the rewards you earn! (2 birds in the bush)

In my past I have accepted offers to please others. Do what is best for you.
Don't fold or you may get eaten alive. it's vicious out there.
