Thank you for your ideas and support, i made the decision today to hand in my application as to which the manager was highly pleased about. I hope it will come to good ends but in favour to my previos manager i have decided to stay on sat-sundays for now as thats when he needs me. So i will Do a couple of months more work for my previos employer out of respect and loyalty he more than earned. But after that i will apply myself to the new said job if i get it. I hope this path iv'e chosen bares fruit
