Are you serious ? I'm thankful for them giving us the other stuff, but the war horn just seems like a damn joke.
Like Satan said, war horns are filling up my inventory and I can't be bothered to use them all.

Really I don't think that anyone is so much complaining as telling you that the "surprise gift" was a little laughable. Remember that most of the people you will find that have been playing for over a year are coiners and most of us have a stock of WarHorns and IvoryHorns that we most likely won't run out of before we quit. I know I have over a years worth that haven't been applied yet so yes, another war horn *tosses in heap along with the flag changers, quarrying tools, adv. quarrying tools, plowshares, iron rakes and ritual of pacts I will never use*. Now had the mystery gift have been an OnWar or even an anabis I doubt that you would have heard a collective LOL from your customers because really, who can ever have too many of those?

There is something to be said for knowing your customers and clearly you don't. I may not speak for everyone but for those of us who have been around for some time now and who have paid Evony well this felt like a bit of a practical joke at our expense.

Ivy - would your feedback be that we should reduce the quantity of gifts given for next time?

If it's going to be another war horn, why not? Why not make the next "free mystery gift" be 10k stone next time? Even that is more useful to me at this point.

Ok seriously now, that obviously isn't what I'm suggesting Dave but I wouldn't mind if you guys took a little time to get to know your customers, particularly your paying customers, a little better. A year and a half into the server and you want us to jump up and down for what is a massively redundant item? Not likely to happen.

It really seems at times that those that work at Evony try their best to disparage the feelings of your paying customers. It's utterly frustrating. The standard message to us seems to be "Well it's our game, that we developed so we will do what we like, when we would like to, with or without notice and without thought or concern for how it effects the your use of the product that you have helped pay to develop."

Honestly, I keep hoping for an item or change to the game that would make the game more exciting and enjoyable to play rather then less but the changes that have been made to this point in the past year and a half have been anti-customer and have made things less competitive rather then more competitive. But really, this slap in the face to all of us who pay for your service is the least of my complaints. It really isn't a complaint at all. Just one more thing to laugh at when it comes to Evony's customer service. *Sigh*

If you ever come up with a customer advisory board I would love to be the first to volunteer.

I'm going to make a promotional offer to Evony makers. The mystery gift is air. You already have a lifetime supply of it, but hey at least it's a gift!

Complaining? I am NICE ENOUGH to give you some air, and your complaining? From now on I will make smart comments about how we are so generous and your just complaining as always.

    Understand now?
