Listen, I realize some people wanted more, some people were happy, and some people will complain no matter what we offer. I'd like to accomodate everyone, but we have a lot of things that factor into what we gave.
Now, my question, is what would make the War horn a more valuable item? What do you guys want it to do?

War horn as it stands now, is a relatively worthless item even if it was more rare. The boost in the attack really doesn't make that much of a difference. Plus as I have stated, most have years of war horns applied. Also there's some weird bug where War horn actually cancels out Corsolett and vice-versa. Just makes both items kinda worthless in my opinion.
First off, I'd make War Horns much more valuable and harder to obtain. Secondly, make War Horn a multiplier of the final attack power of the troops. As it stands right now it only adds 25 to attack power. Instead of being a constant number, make it more varied. So let's say after Tech, Hero attack, and base attack have all been calculated, have war horn multiply that at the end. This effectively makes War Horn much more effective and makes it a much more wanted item.
Everytime i see this jump back to the top of the forum i think there is something worthwhile being said. Instead its two people who wont just let the thread die and take their suggestions into a new thread/pm. I personally dont see why a war horn needs to be changed.It does what its done since it was made to do what it does...Which is be a war horn.

Ahhhhh....reminds me of the early days of na1. Random maintenances allowing double, triple and quadruple drafts and empire visits per day.... lag that allowed you 3 minutes to queue troops before getting booted....trying to log in for hours at a stretch...resources come and go, completely ignoring what your actual production levels are....hundreds of thousands of troops appearing and disappearing....
And let's not forget the FB glitches allowing us to rack up 15, 20, 300, 700MILLION prestige on days 1 and 2 (wasn't warpuppy up over a billion at one point?) and limitless FB armies due to the multiclicking glitch that some alliances took advantage of early on (I didn't know about that one till long after it was over and the strongest groups of spenders were already far overpowering the rest of us with insta-click troops.........the prestige was reset, the troops were not).
As much as we moaned about it and got ticked off that no one told us that Beta was ending and the new server was opened, those early days of na1 (Beta2) were a LOT of fun.
But.............................................I thought they might have fixed these issues by #32?

In all seriousness, I've enjoyed Age2 immensely and 23 has run fairly well the whole time. Let's just hope that these players experiencing "Classic" Age2 won't have to do so for long.
