This is wrong. Police are supposed to announce immediately before breaking down the door/entering. If you were the person, and heard rustling and suspected thieves how the hell was he unjust in that situation, it was defense in his own home. I am not usually on the side of guns but he had every right to do what he did, the police were way out of line and the mission plan was disastrous before it even started. The police went guns blazing on a house that had no truth to be raided in the first place, this seems like crappy investigating.
