Lightning creates fire. Fire does not create lightning. Therefore lightning > fire.

Taking the example of evolution, if lightning creates (evolves into during a split second where the conditions this streak of lightning must live in - the air, changes to the ground) the fire, the theory of Natural selection put into this context would then be saying that fire > lightning..
