Across many servers, food is generally above 10. Where these bugged cities exist, prices are below 10.
It's just something I'm observing. My background is in either Science or in Information Technology. I'm predisposed to looking for trends / commonalities to find root cause. It might be coincidence. Dunno. Just something to think about.
