    I hate to point out the elephant in the middle of the room, but I have a suspicion about the lag. Not just on any one server, but in general.

    If every city, is sending out farmers 24 hrs a day, and moving heroes, and training, etc, then the server is requiring an unexpectedly high amount of data. An amount of data that would seem almost... robotic.

    Maybe, if so many people on the servers that are the worst for lag weren't so... robotic in how they farmed/trained/etc. the lag would be better.

    No i'm not trying to accuse anyone of anything, no i'm not preaching, and no I'm not on ss57, but the lag is real bad on some servers. those servers seem to be the ones where the most people are... so diligent around the clock in their activites

    It would be highly courteous of you all to not spam this thread because you're upset that your own server has issues. I also call on the moderators to enforce this evenly, without bias. If the moderator(s) are not able to do so without bias, I would request that they at least temporarily have someone else handle the moderation duties.
    The moderators are doing a great job. Please don't imply that you have any clout or connections with Evony Staff that are different from any other player.

    We're aware of the server issues and working to fix them. I'll thank you not to try to incite negative behavior or attempt to portray yourself as the representative on behalf of others.

    Please see my PM. I'm tired of helping you all, validating issues that people report and looking for possible reasons for the problems, only to be kicked / swatted at because your "support" goes by a script that starts and ends with "delete cache and cookies".

    this veil of secrecy about whats causing the problem is NOT helping your situation. Its making ya'll look like a bunch of fools. If my car was in the shop for a month waiting on repairs and all i kept hearing was 'we're working on it.. we're aware of the problem' i'd have taken my car to another shop WEEKS previous to get the issue resolved.. or at a MINIMUM been able to demand a loaner car (or sue to recover the cost of said loaner car) for the excessive time period its taken to resolve the issue with no information being given out as to what said issue was.

    Sure.. we got 100 coins.. but that was a GLOBAL reimbursement for a totally non ss57 related issue. So far we have received a couple amulets, 500k food, and a virtual slap in the face for WEEKS (approaching a month) of substandard customer service.

    however, there's no account teleporter. I'm UNABLE to move my account to another server to continue to enjoy the game i've very much come to love over the past (almost) 2 yrs i've played here. If i could take my heroes, my stats and my coins i'd gladly move to another server. Hell... you can keep the city's.. i can get new ones when i get there... but thats just wishful thinking. I cant 'go to another shop' to resolve my issues. So we're all stuck... just a captive audience... waiting and hoping for a miracle.

    I have two choices - wait and pray that this pile of fecal matter gets sorted out, or abandon an account with a huge pile of coins and playtime to go to another server and start over from scratch. Talk about a rock and a hard place.

    For the love of god... Just talk to us like we're actual HUMANS. Try to treat us with some dignity and respect and i bet you'll be SHOCKED how well your players respond.

    I think we've made some incremental improvements in the latency on SS57. It's not perfect but we are making progress.

    Glad you're making an effort. Seems to take the usual 3-5 minutes to send a single wave at an npc. I for one don't see any progress, but maybe I wasn't on when it happened.
