maybe they should at least admit they cant fix it
i dont know how evony fix things - but out in other companies when there is computer problems u at least give customers a estimated time to when it will be fixed
not even that they can do
and from this taking so long to be solved and the lack of feed back- it might either mean they cant fix it or wont fix it
the reluctance to give anyone who play on this server any feed back on this problem or when they try contack your helpdesk - the helpdest give ppl wrong information about how to solve it - just really show the lack of interest in getting this fix or the not understanding what the issue are
and on top of it they tell us we will be unhappy if we get free upkeep or half upkeep for our troops thta we can not feed due to lag or lack of connectivity to server - this too show how little you really care or what the problem for us on ss57 are
so ... why just not either admit to us all:
1) u cant solve this
- or -
2) if you really can solve it but it is a question of time as a sign of goodwill and how much your care and feel for out situation give us that free upkeep/half upkeep until solved
i know this post will properly be ignored like rest of the post in here - which make me sad
i for one will start to make helpdesk tickets now everytime i have not been able to log in and each time lag is more then a minute
and see what will happen but also to collect documentation for how i as a customers really can not use what i pay (items payed by cents running) for and the company who provide this service dont try to solve the issues
as undying called this post *** enough is enough **** give us what we pay for -- admid u cant fix or fix it
