I am in agreement with jdm, Jurnis's trust in impartiality is quite admirable.

I may be a bit foolish in trusting these members, but that trust at least has grounds which I care not to explain right now.
As for blind hate towards another, that is even more foolish than I've ever been on these Forums, even after over six thousand posts.
I believe that you, my good sir, thoroughly despise me, if not hate me. I am sure that others do, but I feel as if you are hinting at it.
Foolish, except in the rare case of the trustee who has no real ties to this community at large and no vested interest in seeing certain events unfold in a certain way. Impartiality by non-interest if you will.

So 4 trustees voting together can make all the decisions? Do I understand this constitution correctly? Or would Skirata use his veto for every decision that he disagreed with? What is emergency ascendance? If a majority of club trustees vote in a way that Skirata dislikes, and he uses his executive veto, can JDM use emergency ascendance to push the popular measure through?
