    Default Level 14 HC Capture

    After ~A month of studying this is my (?final?) draft. I've used it once with great success, hope to improve on it in the further in the future.
    Level 14 Capture
    s/c/r combo
    You will need at least: 1-2 Level 12 Historic Cities; 14 Historic Heroes with 500+ attack and 150+leadership
    Level 10 Gear, 12 Star Set
    Penicilin, War horn, 14 Ensigns

    Wave 1- 125k Pikemen
    Wave 2- 125k Pikemen
    Wave 3- 125k Pikemen
    Wave 4- 125k Pikemen
    Wave 5- 156k Archers
    Wave 6- 156k Archers
    Wave 7- 156k Archers
    ^cannot have trade-fire land same second^
    Wave 8-10- 152k Archers, 2k workers, 2k warriors
    Wave 11-13- 148k Archers, 2k Workers, 2k Warriors, 2k Pikemen, 2k Swordsmen 25 Rams
    Wave 14- 165k Balllistae, 2k All Layering
    Wave 15- 117k Archers, 2k Workers, 2k Warriors, 2k Pikemen, 2k Swordsmen, 25 Rams(clean it out for small loyalty waves)
    Wave 16-56- 30k Archers 30k Warriors(space evenly according to march time)

    Troops Required to break: ~ 500k Pikemen, 1,650,000 Archers, 165k Ballistae, 2k-25k of everything else.

    I am wondering if Aggie discovered the 76k warr/24k pike wave to target cavs or he got it from Marnix - that's where I got it from.

    If you are working with a sword/cav/ram combo you will need to kill the swords, in addition to the archers before your ballista wave lands.

    For a pikes combo I'd want the warriors to be somewhere under 1.5 million before I send a bally wave (same as the swords combo basically) if sending from a lv 12.

    The idea is not to wipe out one type of troop then move on to the next, but to bring down to a number that permits rolling 2 phases into 1
    I used stronger heroes on my 14 caps, so dont have numbers for your heroes, and am too lazy to do the math
    If you're finishing with a 156k bally wave, use a HH to lead it, else you will fail, or kill a ton less than expected. At 600-650 attack, 156k bally wave should break it with around 2mil warriors left

    Ok so I use AeroCalc for breaking my 14 but my assumptions are off somewhere.

    Does anyone know if a 14 has a hero with effectively a level 5 star set (1.4x life multiplier) or a level 9 star set (2x life multiplier)?

    I've always had it set to 1.4 for my 12s, but someone said it's 2 for 14s but I had never seen that anywhere on the forums.

    got my gear way up, now all around 450 attack, 2 hhs at 500, so hopefully this will help when I try it next week. based this off the x2 multiplier, from everything I've read this is the way to go.

    Not bad guide but unlike most other guides out does it actually work just like suggested

    Was succesful, lost 16k balli and everything preceding. All of the major hits were sent with HHs, would not recommend trying it with anything less than that seeing as it was such a close thing in this case.
    **DO NOT forget to include those rams in layering, testing within the alliance proved that they make quite a difference in results.
