In all fairness. It is a matter of choice. They don't have to compensate us.
Then again, if our money is a waste, and all our hours of work are a waste, then we all have a choice too...spend our money else where, where the Customer Service is better.
I mean hey, although not quite the same but I pay insurance and when I have a loss I expect a replacement of a somewhat = value.
I spend money at a store I expect to receive something of the same value amount that I spent.
Why spend $ that they will refuse to replace when the fault lies on their end. If they think they can continue poor customer service and continue to replace disgruntled customers with that attitude. They will eventually find it hurting them. No one wants to waste their money or time to be cheated and robbed of their time and money
