I guess its all in the hands of Evony now. So frustrating getting a generic response like that. Losing a hero you've invested in heavily is very frustrating.
i had a similar thing an insta warrior hero went missing one maintenance.i heard nothing at all about it for 2-3 weeks and when i nearly gave up hope one day i logged in and it was returned. Patience Grasshhopper..............Is all i can say.
has happened to me twice (losing a hero during maintenance)
i've since learned to make sure to avoid moving heros over maintenance if at all possible
btw both times i got the hero back but both times it took about a week
It seems evony does not take customer support or issue resolution as a priority as is evident from their less then speedy process of irritating their valued customers to the point of quitting......
This is a ongoing issue that will eventually lead to the failure of this online gaming community....

Stinks about your loss. I can pretty much gaurantee that you'll get your hero back. It may take a week, and I know the waiting is tough, but give it time, and they will make it right. Good luck.

I have a major problem. I was reinforcing my Hero Wolfmane, Level 1323 attack to one of my cities when maintenance occured.
After I relogged and went to appoint him mayor, I realise the feasting hall was full but my hero was not there, I check the city he was marching from and no hero there.
I'm not sure if a game glitch has occured as there is a report showing that he returned, yet he isn't on any of my feasting halls.
Can you please look into this and reinstate my hero.

We are not providing any reimbursement outside of the package. In this case even if this had happaned while not during a service, we would deny the claim. You are not allowed to play multiple accounts. Playing multiple accounts is against the terms of service and leads to account closure. In this case I will give you a warning. Please suspend playing on the other accounts or face account termination.

Now I even showed the freaking reports of the hero getting to my FH and it being full and also the 1 showing where it claimed to return to the original feasting hall, which didn't occur.
