    I'll try working on it as soon as I have enough free time, but I can't guarantee I'll find any soon.

    Hobby.
    I'm only 17, you know.

    Anyway, I took some time and got this far: user can input coordinates, NPC lvls for each one (up to 30 NPCs), combos used for each lvl.

    Now, what exactly do you expect the calculator to take into consideration? I thought about food consumption/current food (and eventually, food production), NPC losses (you'll be inputing these manually, per lvl), troop production (depending on hero, barracks, etc..)

    Anything I'm forgetting?

    Please check this out:
    Sheets are not locked for testing purpose; feel free to unhide columns/modify formulas if you know what you're doing.
    Feedback is needed and appreciated.
    I especially need feedback for the NPC Helper section. As you can see, pretty much everything is there, except some things I couldn't figure out how to implement, but I don't know what to keep or add.
    Some features that are scattered around that sheet (note that some may be hidden, so make sure to unhide all cells):
    • NPC level/coords input (must be sorted by user, manually; don't use excel's filter option) + City coords input;
    • Distance calculator between city and each NPC;
    • Travel time to reach each NPC, depending on techs and NPC troops;
    • Returns Travel time for all Lvl X NPCs;
    • Ability to input NPC combos, per lvl, and NPC losses;
    • Calculates max simultaneous waves that can be sent, total waves to be sent, and total group of waves (although this is pretty useless since travel times aren't equal);
    • Uses VBA to hide/show columns, in order to show you the correct NPC combo columns depending on your choice (cell AZ2)

    This is for testing purpose mostly, although you could use it for minor modifications.
    I need feedback. Please. I'm repeating this so you don't miss the most important part of this post. I need feedback, mostly for the NPC Helper sheet.
    [Link Removed, see post #99]

    That's all

    (By the way, how would you like a "Check for updates" button? I could try working it out, if it finds interest. It will not download the new version, but will only notify you if a newer version exists.)

    I just downloaded the test calc and I can't figure out the NPC Helper...may just be me though, but the un-editable columns don't change at all

    Yeah, I should invest some time in instructions.

    Anyway, just make sure the level and coordinates are there (e.g. 10 and 55,55) for the NPCs, and for your city (e.g. 1,1), then go to cell AZ2, select "Lv1", fill in your combo/losses, and repeat for "Lv2" to "Lv10".
    Nothing should work unless you have the NPC's level combo set up. If that doesn't work, let me work.

    By the way, there should be no uneditable columns.. They're blue indeed, but they're unlocked.

    Ok, here's the Beta2 version of the NPC Helper:
    Download

    What you have to do:
    • Input your city's coords (cell B1)
    • Input your NPC farming list and lvls (cells A4 to A31, B4 to B31)
    • Input your techs & rally spot lvl (cells W3, W4 and W5)
    • Input your NPC combo/losses (AC4 to AC15, and AD4 to AD15), per lvl (change NPC lvl by using cell BG2 [it's a dropdown list]), and existing troops (AB4 to AB15)

    What you'll get:
    • Distance to NPC (the formatting is wrong, just noticed... doesn't matter anyway) (column G)
    • Normal travel time (techs taken into consideration) (column K)
    • Actual travel time depending on rally spot's level and number of sent waves; waves are sent in order, just as you put them (techs taken into consideration) (column T)

    Note that time will only work if total NPCs inputted are less than your Rally Spot Lvl * 2 (e.g. Rally spot lvl: 10, you can input up to 20 NPCs and get correct actual travel times)
    Didn't put in losses just yet.

    I need some tests to check if it's working alright, and suggestions that I could implement, please.
