Fast way to make alliance

This is a guide that will tell you the fastest way (that I've found out) to make an alliance on the begginging of a server. You will need 4 speed ups and no lag, lol never will happen.
First: Build a cottage and upgraade it to lvl 2. Accept quest.
Second: Build a farm, sawmill, quarry, and iron mine. Accept quests.
Third: Upgrade Town Hall to lvl 2.(you will need 2 speed ups for this to go faster)Accept quest.
Last: Build an embassy and upgrade to lvl 2, You will also need 2 speed ups to make it faster.

That is the fastes way to get to make an alliance on a new server, i got it in a little over 2 mins i think. I'll time it on Na35.
