    Our CS staff replies to every query in the help center. We don't work through email though. If you use the Help Center, you'll get a response every time.

    The reason we close threads about in-game issues is that the community team and moderators can't deal with customer service issues. We instead direct you to the Help Center.

    A help center where you get an automated response. And it appears your queery is never looked into. I have sent several of these queries to the CS center and am still awaiting a reply for any of those queries. From missing troops after a server refresh, multiple accounts, Star failures at 100% chance and consequtive failures. And of course the royals issue.

    It is virtually impossible to get a response from anyone who it actually anything to do with evony. I may aswell take up hunting flying pigs probably more likelyhood of finding one.

    Incorrect. You do NOT reply to every query through the help centre. I have 3 outstanding ones from this year that have never been replied to. I've even updated them and asked for the possibility of an update!

    I've also one from December regards the word filter censoring incorrectly, it was closed and I quote from CSR Thantium
    'You would not have received an automatic suspension for that issue. It is not tied to the global chat filter.'

    The exact phrase I reported is still causing an automatic ban in World Chat and is;
    no you didn't. It's not showing in WC

    Feel free to try it yourself. The perhaps you may understand why folk get so annoyed at the falsehoods that is written by the Admin & Mods.

    Yeah, ain't that something? I just tried it and got muted. I bugged it. So odd.

    NVM - figured it out. I'll talk to an engineer about it, but it won't be high on a priority list for fix.

    so what is high on the priority list? We see things getting "fixed" that most seem to like(Royals), but then there are the other issues that take away from the game that continue. It would be nice to see a list of issues that are being corrected and ones that are coming up. Would it be that hard to have a list on the forum that tells the priority and an eta of correction?
