Can it REALLY be true that the Evony Product Manager doesn't understand his own product and has NO contact with his own customer service??
Posting glib comments about bug reporting does nothing to dispel this worry.
By the way, and given that Evony boasts millions of players, how many customer service reps does Evony actually employ and where are they located?
