The only celebrity death that saddens me is the death of Carl Sagan. What a waste of life to for such a brilliant man to be stricken with cancer. . . A close second would be Richard Feynman. And yes, I consider these men to be celebrities.

Someone told me about this singer girl that died, the one with an horrific hairdo and makeup. So i was like; Gaga? But Nah...
I personally weren't such a big fan of Amy, but its a sad story.
Specially if you see what a gorgeous woman she used to be once...
Such a shame

I did a book report on that one two years ago. It was a very good story with some serious philosophical implications, but I did get frustrated at points. Such as the time when two characters (I can't remember names) were testing the power of science and faith with the pendulum. He showed that science was correct, the pendulum did not strike the scientist. But he didn't show the experiment from the point of view of the priest, who was going to move forward after releasing the pendulum instead of standing still. That is really my only complaint about the book though, it truly was a masterpiece.
I went and listened to a lot of Amy's music, and I take back my original statement. Her voice was not her only talent. Many of her songs contain meaningful, deep lyrics. Rehab was her worst song, yet her most popular. It's weird.
She did write her own music, right?
