Probably adults choosing a name like that for a laugh .. unfortunately, that is spelt incorrectly for it to be pronounced as "ranger".. So yeah - that is a fail of a name...

As for fail names...the only ones I can think of are the ones that get insta-declared, honestly. KKK, Nazi, and those of the line. Can't think of any really stupid names off of my head.
