Will evony recover a lost hero? Will evony replace the lost scouts? What if those last 100k scouts are the difference between an enemy scout attempt being thwarted or getting a scout on me, but they are lost? For these few examples, any interruption of game play is unacceptable.
2. Unless efforts are made to accommodate people with poor eyesight, it becomes a case of unequal treatment of players.
3. In my experience with captcha, it often screws the letters and numbers up so much that I often don't type what is required. This anticipated and expected frustration is unacceptable.
The bottom line is that if evony incorporates this on my server, I am done with evony, along with any money I might spend in the future, and I will seek refund of the money I have paid--I did not sign up for a game where an interruption can ruin the timing of attacks and could flush many minutes, possibly hours of planning and hours/days of troop building down the toilet and possibly lose heroes and troops.
Evony is a great game when play is uninterrupted. Captcha in-game will ruin it and I and many others will be gone.
Sorry, edit: I understand and accept uncontrolable interruptions, like my cable going out or hiccups in the connection, but a planned interruption as often as every half hour for someone bad at captcha, like me, is unacceptable.
