Most large posters are afraid to speak out against you for fear of banning, even though they disagree with you. Freedom of speech only exists on this forum if you dont oppose the overlords and a lot of these 20 post accounts are people with 100+ post other accounts afraid to speak out in their main account and using an account they dont mind being banned

First, I was not here 1.5 years ago and I have no idea what happened with that age 1 age 2 issue.

I will say that only 2 people had actions taken against their accounts based on comments in this thread. In both cases these players had the posts removed. In these posts they admitted to actively botting and multiple accounting in the post. As this was done in a thread I was actively participating in, I had no choice but to investigate those IP addresses.

The first user had created over 220 flat fillers and farming accounts in the past two months, as well as running multiple active accounts on the same server.

The other was running multiple accounts that they had not created but purchased from other players, about 8 on the same server I think, based on the investigation we confirmed 100% that the same player was using all of these accounts, we then emailed the original owners of the accounts to reclaim those accounts. This second player had already received warnings about this in the past from the CS team to stop multi-accounting.

I can assure you that we are not using your posting data to attack, punish or target people that are not for the captcha. What did happen was people bragged about breaking our rules in an open forum that was being actively monitored and commented on by support staff. What other option did we have? If we had done nothing I am sure one of you would have pointed out that we let people that admitted to breaking the rules continue to play the game.
