    Bob's "workaround" is a pop-up that displays when a captcha is encountered.

    A person is still required to be there to type in the captcha.

    Defeating the purpose of botting in the first place
    if u have 40 of them open and all u have to do is enter captcha every few hours its not defeating of anything.

Not even a split-second decision, bot or human, can handle precise hits that will either decimate troops or grab resources. On the defense side, against players who cannot time well, a second or two for closing/opening gates can be catestrophic to a defending army. Nobody can "handle" interruption at that point.

    Not always the case. I retired from ss5/ss56 simply because I was bored, I retired from s55 due to that is a horrid DRAMA server (I swear its worse than a high school lol)
    Looks like 153 is gonna be a drama server as well, even WC is horrid -,-

    Sorry, but that is no where near accurate. Although some may have left due to cheaters, personally I've left after the ridiculous server merges that left us with 60% dead accounts, 30% flat fillers, and roughly 10% actual players.

    If they don't address those issues, the game just gets plain boring. At least bots can be fought against/farmed, flat fillers and dead accounts just prevent us from doing absolutely anything fun.

    Nice that the captcha this is supposed to stop all the botting but in fair play, it not the botting as much as the multi-accounts out there. Our server..if you watch...the main alliance does nothing but swap cities back and fourth between players and all thier alts..all day long...We all know who they are and they claim they don't bot? Well having several, not just one, several "alts" is no different from the botters, breaking the rules is breaking the rules..so dont come on here going,,ha ha botters..I would like to say,,ha ha multi accounters.. lets not call the kettle black!!

    I've had a 16-hour Risk game before...

    If you do not like aspects of the game, then why stay? When you stay, with cheatmode.enabled == true, you ruin the game for those of us who do not mind doing what is necessary while staying within the rules (cheatmode.enabled == false).

    If you do not have the time, then do not play.

    If the revenue drops, then Evony will respond by attempting to change gameplay, or not. You have no right to attempt to cheat, steal, or otherwise ruin the entertainment for the rest of us because of your displeasure. Period.

    1. 40 bot accounts
    2. captcha comes every 2hrs
    3. 120min / 40 = average of 3mins per captcha request

    = on an even statistical spread, you're required to enter a captcha every 3mins for the whole day
