Is it really even possible to ever find out though? Considering it's meant to be impossible to travel faster than the speed of light, the end of the universe, if there even is one, would be millions, or billions, or numbers I may not be able to fathom, light years away.
Although people used to say it was impossible to get out to space, or it was impossible to fly, and many other things.
Of course that doesn't stop us wondering about it, and I suppose it will be under speculation for as long humanity exists.

I hate to be the fly in the ointment, but you guys are obviously talking about two different conspiracies. Only "Blue Shifters" believe the Earth is flat.
If this worries you, just remember the words of the world famous philosopher and all around great singer, jewel,Give it time and the Earth will be round again with red shifts all over the place.Everything is temporary if you give it enough time.
