Default Cavalry speed and stables now?

Ok so I haven't noticed no announcement of the fix where you now need a stables in each town to make the cav move quickly (thought all you needed was the relief station, tear down stables after relief station leveled). I had tested this before I tore down all my stables. But, it appears to me that today cavalry speed is very slow from the cities where i have torn down my stables for another barracks. These are the types of changes where the Devs need to post information about them ahead of time... Maybe im just crazy, but my cav now take as long as my archers to reinforce/transfer. Wassup with this???

EDIT: seems i was the only one experiencing these problems. after retesting my cav now moves at the same speed it was yesterday. I apologize If i scared anyone with this thread, but I thought I was going to have to run through 10 cities and rebuild stables... What took me 35 min to reinforce (same city, same destination) now takes my 2 min (cav only each time). So i guess i was just glitched for a min there or something. Re examined reports, identical forces etc... Again I apologize if i frieghtened anyone. Just figured this might be a change coming too and when it seemed like it had happen was a little dismayed.

nope, cav solo. i am on server 3. give it a try. reinforce single force of cav to another city, then test archers. almost the same speed (if no stables present). im about to test by sending cav from a new city i have that does have a stables... well see

Can't say I've noticed any change in Cav speed, moving mine around a fair bit at the moment too.
Done everything the way the Quests told you it should be but can't see how on earth the top players get their armies and score? This is what's going on

Not in most of them no, only in 2 or 3 that I haven't got round to demolishing. Can't say I've seen a difference (I haven't been looking too hard but if it took foot troop time I'm sure I would)

Yeah, my cav don't seem to have lost any speed either.

Did you happen to upgrade a relief station to lvl 9?

all my relief stations are level 8 (or level 10, breakpoints are 5,8 and 10 as i understand it). didnt upgrade the reliefstation to 9.

EDIT: ok just retested this.... what took me 35 min to send (same city, same destination) now takes 2 min... So something was either glitched (this happened for two of my forces from same location) or they changed something, then changed it back... Very odd... sorry if i scared anyone. Seems my horses move at normal speed tho. was going to post reports here, but i guess they dont include the departure time, so no way to prove what was happening.

When you click on stable, it says increases the training speed of cav. It says nothing about moving speed. Which is it? Training or moving or both?

Neither. You only need a stable to build a relief station and tech up horseriding.

The game really needs an information overhaul.
