Default I love the free gift, I HAVEN'T GOTTEN.

I have said the DEV team are just a bunch of monkeys typing away, but come on. They are dumber than hamsters. Here is some free coins. We all think, wow, they appriciate all the suffering we have been through. Instead, you need a serial number. Ok, np, check my email. Nothing. This is called yanking my chain. How many days/weeks do I have to wait for something I never asked for? They offered it. So just give it to me. They just don't understand players get a patch in 24 hours, but wait 2 weeks for a serial numer. How about this, eliminate the serial number and just give it. Or delete it. The high level people are already quitting. They have changed the game from attacking NPC cities to attacking every player with more resources. The game is more aggressive, less supportive of the noob, and promises of a reward seems like lies.

'No, no, don't quit. We have a gift for you.'

Next thing you know, there will be terms for it. You had to be online from 5-1 2007, born on a weekend and are female. Do it or don't. The waiting isn't necessary nor is the serial number unless there is a catch.

Another complaint thread hidden under the guise of not getting 50 cents. Seems like every promo or deal or gift gets hammerred by someone who dislike's it for some reason.

How about this. No more gifts. No more contests. No more wheel at night. No more drops from battles. The only way you ever get those items is by paying RL money.

The lack of information is what is frustrating.
