So I have decided to try one last email to billing and see if anything happens. Here's what I had to say to them:

I have made several attempts to resolve this issue via the customer service icon on the game page and seem to only receive form letter responses. Until today the game had two packages available with no date requirement listed on them. One was the medium package that said "players who make the payment of 30.00USD (included) to 100.00USD will be given Medium Medal Box." and the other that stated, "Players that make the payment of more than 100.00USD will be given Senior Medal Box." I have met all such requirements and have not received the box's in question. I would like to receive those box's or receive a refund of monies spent in the attempt to receive those box's. This is my final correspondence as i have not received any valid responses from evony. My next step is to contact the merchant that processes payment and to contact paypal about the false advertising. Thank you in advance for your time and understanding.
