    Also ... Raygin_Psycho, Paypal is getting use to refunding monies based on, UMGE, Civony/Evony and Regan Mercantile ,LLC issues. You have to wait 10 days from the original date of transaction. Then send an email to Billing@evony.com one last time stating they 24 hours to either issue you your rewards or reimburse your money. You will get a real response, usually in the form of your money refunded.

    I already did, but he confused a lot of people when posting supervior----billing@evony.com

    Thats what confused me.

    And, he also said he said he emailed 6 days ago. I never said he lied about the 48 hours, I said he lied about the 6 days. He emailed them on June the 8th and todays date is June 12th.

    Im not saying about the 48 hours, clearly I don't know why they didn't.

    vbobling, keep digging your own hole, on the 8th he said he emailed them AGAIN, do you know for a fact that he didn't email them 2 days before? it really doesn't matter. the point is don't go calling people liars when you really have no proof at all. your a mod you should know better.

    if it was 4 days ago, 6 days ago, 8 days ago who cares. the point here is that the customer service is non existent, they LIED to us when they said we would get a medium medal box and then they didn't deliver on their promise, and now due to there terrible service we all have to go thru this rubbish (contacting them, posting on forum, etc) and no doubt go thru paypal/ credit card providers for a refund... all a lot of hassle when all we want to be doing is playing evony

    not good.

    You obviously have no clue what you're doing. Fact is I tried to stay civil and go through normal channels by contacting billing and customer Service. All i received was auto responses saying it will be forwarded and handle in 24-48 hours. It was then that I began this thread. You'd be better off not commenting on this thread unless you can actually offer some kind of assistance otherwise you are just another part of the problem.
