And, he also said he said he emailed 6 days ago. I never said he lied about the 48 hours, I said he lied about the 6 days. He emailed them on June the 8th and todays date is June 12th.

Im not saying about the 48 hours, clearly I don't know why they didn't.

You obviously have no clue what you're doing. Fact is I tried to stay civil and go through normal channels by contacting billing and customer Service. All i received was auto responses saying it will be forwarded and handle in 24-48 hours. It was then that I began this thread. You'd be better off not commenting on this thread unless you can actually offer some kind of assistance otherwise you are just another part of the problem.
