    I can not believe a moderator would say someone lied for no reason! Nowhere and at no point did I see where Raygin_Psycho stated he didn't realize that the address wasn't simply billing@Evony.com.

    Also ... Raygin_Psycho, Paypal is getting use to refunding monies based on, UMGE, Civony/Evony and Regan Mercantile ,LLC issues. You have to wait 10 days from the original date of transaction. Then send an email to Billing@evony.com one last time stating they 24 hours to either issue you your rewards or reimburse your money. You will get a real response, usually in the form of your money refunded.

    I already did, but he confused a lot of people when posting supervior----billing@evony.com

    Thats what confused me.

    And, he also said he said he emailed 6 days ago. I never said he lied about the 48 hours, I said he lied about the 6 days. He emailed them on June the 8th and todays date is June 12th.

    Im not saying about the 48 hours, clearly I don't know why they didn't.

    vbobling, keep digging your own hole, on the 8th he said he emailed them AGAIN, do you know for a fact that he didn't email them 2 days before? it really doesn't matter. the point is don't go calling people liars when you really have no proof at all. your a mod you should know better.

    if it was 4 days ago, 6 days ago, 8 days ago who cares. the point here is that the customer service is non existent, they LIED to us when they said we would get a medium medal box and then they didn't deliver on their promise, and now due to there terrible service we all have to go thru this rubbish (contacting them, posting on forum, etc) and no doubt go thru paypal/ credit card providers for a refund... all a lot of hassle when all we want to be doing is playing evony

    not good.

    To those who are considering spending money on this game - BE WARNED - I have now lost, for NO BENEFIT! the money that I paid this company. They charge you for SPEAKING in the World channel WITHOUT TELLING YOU THIS. Now my 2nd account has money missing with no explanation, The only response is an autoresponder.

    So if you lose money here remember YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    Call A Lawyer have him look over this and take them to court.

    Get them for False advertisement and when you get that say you want more money for suffering or inconvience and more money to pay for the lawyer. I am more then sure a lawyer can do something with this.

    We don't need people getting scammed

    Thank you for clearing that up obviously the mods don't actually read the post they or threads they comment on. Basically they do as good a job as the Customer Service.

    You obviously have no clue what you're doing. Fact is I tried to stay civil and go through normal channels by contacting billing and customer Service. All i received was auto responses saying it will be forwarded and handle in 24-48 hours. It was then that I began this thread. You'd be better off not commenting on this thread unless you can actually offer some kind of assistance otherwise you are just another part of the problem.

    You do know they're in China?
    The USA is having trouble extending it's judicial influence into Sweden, much less China.
    These guys could take your money and say screw you, and there would be little you could do about it...but that's just lousy business practice

    1 of my alliance mate informed us that he lost 60coins for no reason, he did not speak in world chat, no buying of items nor speeding up of building/research etc. He use the aries amulet for spin but realised got deducted 60coins instead. this not just happened once, after 5min or so, he told us that he has missing another 60coins for no reason. we had told him to file a bug report immediately.

    Regarding about the medium medal box, i had file a dispute against evony at paypal too. They reply me less than 6hours!! weird huh??! but the dispute is not solved, we had exchange reply twice with no solution outcome. Therefore i had just close the conversation with them & bring it to paypal to solve. I had requested that for those players who saw the misleading advertisement & paid the required amount should get the in-game items, otherwise we shall have refund. =)
