For the most part I don't eat meat like steak, but if by some miracle I should happen to be craving it, it must be extra well done aka no blood in sight.

Same goes for burgers which I don't feel as icky eating.

Edit: SbD, if that's why you don't feel comfortable eating meat, have you ever thought maybe trying organic? Many supermarkets sell organic meats which is basically the animal being raised on a farm (not the slaughter house type farms but real farms)

Yes I have. Unfortunately organic food is expensive on a regular basis, so until I have more means to afford it I'm vegetarian! Hehe.

The only downside to organic food is that it is entirely inefficient.. More expensive, takes more land and more time.. It's being between a rock and a hard place.

The wheels of survival are greased more readily by easy lies than hard truths.

Medium-Rare if I eat steaks... I rarely eat beef, dont eat pork, rarely eat sea-food. I mostly eat organic chicken or turkey and of course it has to be fully cooked. (This is all with the exception of sushimi)

    Raw--I'll only do that with ultra-fresh sushi...Nothing else...AT ALL.

Medium Rare--Typically for beef, brisket and related meats

Well Done--Everything else falls into this category.
