Can we add Neutral Roles, and take out forced votes?

Examples of Neutral Roles:

Jester - No abilities, mission is to be lynched. When successfully lynched, one of the guilty voters is randomly chosen to die (due to grief over the Jester's death).

Executioner - No abilities, mission is to lynch a randomly assigned person (Usually the Jester). If target should die of non-lynching, the Executioner becomes a Jester

Serial Killer - Mission is to be the last player standing. Ability: Kill one person each round.

Arsonist - Mission is to be the last player standing. Starts 'doused'. Can un-douse self, by taking no action for a round. Can douse one person each round. Can BURN all doused players. Only one action per round though.

Since the basis of this round has been established already, I don't want to make any new changes to it.

That being said, ideas for future games still work, though Revoltion will probably remain the deciding factor to any large game changes.

A few clarifications on some of the new roles:

Devourer: Set one random person's voting power to 0 for this round. Happens automatically every round.

Twin Universe: Copy target player's ability. One use only.

Deal Sealer: Lock down a person's vote after it is cast, if that person tries to change their vote later, the change is not counted. Can be used every other round.
