I believe there is a thread for this over there.

    *Elaborate point*

Or is Miss I-stole-a-quote-from-Bertrand-Russel-and-claimed-I-made-it-up too good for that?

That kind old lady stopped the rain for us.
She said it would only make us cold, and miserable, and sick.
We thanked her and hugged her and she walked away smiling warmly.

First, tell me what you get when you lose the end of a band,
When the members are gone, with the music’s last stand.
Next, tell me the name of the man of the age
Who finds himself in love with the limelight on stage.
And, finally, give me the sound often heard
In the search for a hard-to-find word.
Now, string them together, answer me, and boast
Of the mod tool that will end the above poster's posts.

yes, and if a tree falls across your driveway, and nobody's awake... it'll still mess up your car

[easy] no it would not..... the reason why is sound is produced by the human/animal ear... yes the vibrations of the tree would still be traveling in the air... but without the human ear to convert it to sound... there is no sound....another explanation is that everything is relative in this matter... except for the tree falling... if the tree falls in front of a deaf man,a hearing man next to the tree, and a hearing man 300 miles away... well the deaf man would hear no sound... the hearing man next to the tree can hear it so it makes sound to him... and the man 300 miles away.. well he cant even see it much less hear it... but here's the thing... they are all right!!! i dint want to get into why but... but the answer is just no it does not make any sound

2 explanations.... the time period is B.C.E or... wormholes... but the first answer is for now possible... but in the future we can prevent feedback and keep open a wormhole from the past

ooohhhh i have a riddle......how is it possible to be age 20 in the year 2011 and 23 in the year 3011?[come on... think think..]

Assuming, somehow, at-lightspeed travel is possible, I think the relativity equations tell you that no time would have elapsed for him, making his age 35.

Merged all the riddle threads together.

Next time please look to see if there is a more general thread for your purposes.

Also renaming thread to something more general.

yep... lets do another.. a little harder... say he left at 2000 and returned in 2010 traveling at 99% the speed of light...if he was 35years and 0 days old at departure... what was his age.... in years and days

Bah, that's just math, not a riddle. I'll wait for someone to google Einstein's stuffs, plug in the numbers, and get back to you.
