A man is in a train returning from Switzerland. If he had been in a non-smoking car he would have died.
Answer:He just went to Switzerland to get eye surgery to cure his blindness. He would have committed suicide when they went into the tunnel because he thought he was blind again. But he saw the light from the cigarettes so he knew he wasn't blind.

The Version of that I know is: A man is trapped in a doorless, windoless room with nothing but a table. How does he escape?
Also:
There is a burnt out forest, due to a forest fire. Its recent and the fire has only just died. In the middle of the forest is a man found dead in a wetsuit. The forest is inland at lest 20 miles from water on all sides. How and Why is there a dead man in a wetsuit?
Good luck, If this is too easy, I have more!
The man was scuba diving in a lake when the Fire Chopper sucked up the water, he was sucked in and poured onto the forest.
Harry is found dead in a room, surrounding him is water and broken glass. also in the room is an open shuttered window and a table. He has have no external injuries or internal bleeding. How'd he die?
He's surrounded by water, he drowned.
RIDDLE: A man lives on the twelfth floor of an apartment building. Every morning he takes the elevator down to the lobby and leaves the building. In
the evening, he gets into the elevator, and, if there is someone else in the elevator -- or if it was raining that day -- he goes back to his floor
directly. However, if there is nobody else in the elevator and it hasn't rained, he goes to the 10th floor and walks up two flights of stairs to his
room. Why?

Nope, by surrounded I mean he's dead in a puddle of water.
I'd say that Harry is a goldfish or something similar. He died because an animal (eg. cat or bird) came in through the window and knocked the goldfish's bowl off the table. (I was going to say a cat ate him but that might be considered an injury of some kind.)
