I have a killer homemade pizza recipe.

    For Pizza Dough:
    2 cups whole wheat flour
? cup warm water (for yeast)
1 tsp raw sugar (for yeast)
    1 pkg traditional Bakers’ yeast
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp parsley
4 tbsp melted creamery butter with extra for coating crust edges.

    Diced tomato
    Pizza sauce (canned is fine)
    old cheddar cheese
    medium cheddar cheese

Prepare the yeast in the warm water and sugar
    Let work
    Make the pizza dough:
    Mix all dry ingredients together
    Add yeast
    Add melted butter
    Knead about 5 minutes, gently
    Let dough rest 5 minutes
    Form the base crust:
Roll the dough to size preferred, or work by hand, or air-toss
    Preheat oven to 375*F
    The ‘building blocks’:
Liberally coat with pizza sauce, leaving one inch blank on outside edges
Form a ‘lip’ of dough on all sides
Add remaining ingredients listed in whatever order you prefer, but save cheeses to last
After adding the cheeses as illustrated, sprinkle with coarse salt
Bake until the crust is firm, golden, and the cheese is well melted
Let the pizza rest about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
    ENJOY! :+D

    Blueberry Muffins

    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 cup granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups blueberries

In bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, cream butter with sugar; beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually stir in milk (mixture may appear curdled). Make a well in centre of dry ingredients; pour in liquid and stir just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into large paper-lined or well-greased muffin cups, filling to top. Bake in 375 F (190 C) oven for 25-30 min or until tops are firm to the touch.

    Enjoy! ^_^

Mariana, That Recipe made me water in my mouth.
However, I have a question. Could we replace the blueberries with any ingredient, such as Chocolate?

tip for making pizza: sprinkle corn meal on the pizza pan before putting the dough on - you wont need to grease the pan and it makes the crust crisper.
    Space for rent.
This post is made from 100% unfunness.

Wouldn't know, haven't done the fieldwork on that yet. Don't see why it wouldn't work though >_>

That idea makes me hungry. *runs to do some tests*

I'm going to have to phone my mom for delicious recipes. The only thing I know how to cook by myself is eggs. I even asked Acer how to make a marinade once.
well in germany you find both and now you can even buy the lovely spoons and cups to measure at ikea... before that you i ordered them online so there was no need in messing with converting...

fish mushrooms and corn on cob,,,all on grill

This is what i do with all these,,,pick your fish of choice, i love catfish.

Large piece of foil, rub olive oil on it, cut up an onion and bell pepper place on foil, salt it,,,place fillet on veges, season to your liking wrap air tight throw on grill.

Mushrooms i prefer portabellas, i pour garlic butter all over them then cracked peppercorn, throw on grill.

Corn on the cob on the grill is as good as corn gets, leave husk on, soak in saltwater for an hour and throw on grill,,blacken husk on both sides.

    easy backyard food
