We provide the same free support to all players, and the amount you spend has zero reflection on how we address your issue. The CS group puts in a lot of hours, takes a lot of flak, and deals with some downright frightful tickets, yet they keep doing it daily.

They do a good job, even if it sometimes takes time, and because of the volume some things fall through the cracks, but overall these folks are on point.
