For me, OT's always been a place to talk with cool people, about a variety of different things, and not always get instantly flamed for my views. At one point, it's been more of a family to me than my family (Yeah, I know, how sad is that). Now, I'd be really hard pressed to tell you what it means to me, because it has evolved.
Special Props To Don Ezio for this!
In war, victory. In peace, vigilance. In death, sacrifice.
Even though I've been here for... well, over 2 years now, I think (I miss the old days) I've never really paid much attention to the goings-on in OT. I don't consider myself to be a part of OT, despite a few attempts to join the King's Bar and other such threads. I don't know, I just never really felt at home in the OT, and I don't really understand why, truth be told.
Maybe it's because I spend so much time away from the forums, and especially from OT (RPG's and Stories is the place I usually go, so there's a potential issue), or maybe it's not.
Who knows?
funny that you say that because when i first started posting on the forum the OT is where i was and still am the most comfortable. Maybe you are just better on-topic, alot of the people in OT dont play the game anymore so we feel a little disconnected from the rest of the forum, and that s why we fit so well in the OT
I have played, and will never again take up, Evony. It was a waste of my time that could have been used in other ways, i.e. studying and learning things that I didn't already know, or chatting with friends.
I played it for about a week, hated it and refused to play it again.
