Thread: Christmas Presents

    Default Christmas Presents

As much as I hate the shops for bringing the Christmas fare to the shelves so early, I must confess from September onwards Im on the look out for presents in an attempt to avoid the last minute rush/panic.

I have just seen "Space Rugs" or Jedi Knight cloaks. Im thinking I can get it for my wife, she will love it in the cold months. But better still after Ive taken the plaudits for the gift I can tell her the geek connection :-)

Anyone with good present ideas please post !

We have even reached Halloween in the US. But a good present idea would be a new tv. It brings entertainment to all....except the Amish.

I love presents, with or without excuse. I am getting myself a new fish tank. Whoot!
Other than that I have no present ideas yet, I usually just buy what I bump into.
The greatest gifts imo are the really personal ones. Cost does not matter in that, creativeness matters more.

A new study shows licking a frog can cure depression.
Down side is, soon as you stop, the frog get depressed again.

I found this website that you can make an account on, and if your family makes an account you can connect with them too. Anyways, they have a bunch of info to fill out, favorite likes and interests, stuff like that. And it's all so people can buy the perfect gifts for you!
It even suggests items for you, too, that coincide with your sizes, favorite colors, interests, etc.
It's really convenient. I wish I could get my whole family to use it, it would make gift-giving so much easier.

Oi! Threads about one person (Present Ideas for your wife) ain't allowed.

Don't worry though, cuz i'm just going to hijack this thread and make it 'What do you want for Christmas?'.

How nice of you to ask!

I'll take one of each of these:

Well, if it's orange, it will most certainly be betterz than non-orange stuffs
